Enquiries and confirmations
An enquiry sent through the website, WhatsApp, email, or phone is not a final booking confirmation by itself. Our team checks availability, inclusions, pickup points, and pricing details before confirming a reservation.
Pricing and payment terms
- Quotes are based on the services available at the time of enquiry.
- Adjustments may be required if availability, entry fees, or third-party operating costs change.
- Payment handling or deposit requirements are communicated clearly before final confirmation.
Guest-initiated changes
If you need to change the date, party size, hotel, or route, contact us as early as possible. We will check whether the service can be adjusted and whether price or availability are affected.
Cancellations and external conditions
Cancellations are assessed based on service status, already-booked third-party services, and notice period. Some services may be only partially refundable or non-refundable on short notice if external suppliers have already charged costs.
Weather, government requirements, security conditions, or operational restrictions may require changes to route, timing, or feasibility. In those cases, we work with you directly on practical alternatives.
