Your English-speaking Egyptologist will welcome you on the bus, provide an overview of the desert route, and explain the historical significance of ancient Thebes.

05:00 AM – 09:00 AM: Drive through the Red Sea mountains toward the Nile Valley. 09:30 AM – 11:30 AM: Guided tour of the Karnak Temple Complex (the largest religious site ever built). 12:00 PM – 01:00 PM: Traditional lunch at a local restaurant by the Nile. 01:30 PM – 03:30 PM: Crossing the Nile to the West Bank: Exploration of the Valley of the Kings (access to 3 tombs included). 03:45 PM – 04:30 PM: Visit the Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and a photo stop at the Colossi of Memnon. 05:00 PM: Start of the return journey to Hurghada.
